Sledging on the Tschentenalp in Adelboden with the Airoboard and the Skigibel

A Sledding Paradise in Adelboden

Seven sledges, endless possibilities: The sledging routes on the Tschentenalp in combination with the various sledges offer the perfect descent for every level of rider.

Sledding

How It Works

  1. Buy your sledding ticket online or at the ticket window.

You can choose between a 2-hour, 4-hour, or full-day ticket. The ride up to Tschentenalp is included in the ticket.
Important: Your time doesn’t start until you go down the sledding run for the first time and then use the chairlift.

    Which passes are valid?

The following are valid: AlpsPass, as well as local and second-home season passes.
The following are not valid: GA, Halbtax, or Swiss Travel Pass. These do not entitle you to a discount on the sledding ticket.

    Buy your ticket online here.

  2. Purchase your sled rental on-site at the ticket office.

Rental costs CHF 15.– for 4 hours or a full day and CHF 10.– for 2 hours. After purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive a wristband. With this, you can choose your own sled at the top, near the mountain station.

  3. Take the gondola up the mountain.
  4. Exit the mountain station to the right and select a sled that suits you from the sled storage area.

If you need help or have forgotten something important, our on-site staff will be happy to assist you.
  5. Start your sledding adventure and explore the various slopes and sled models.
