New Schwandfeldspitz circular hiking trail
Accessible immediately
A new, family-friendly circular hiking trail has been created on the Tschentenalp: the Schwandfeldspitz trail. The route is around 2 kilometers long and takes you through the impressive mountain landscape – with a special highlight: the unique panorama of the various valleys of Adelboden.
The nature trail is wheelchair-accessible and is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy nature without the steep inclines – whether with a baby carriage, wheelchair or simply at a leisurely pace.
The official opening will take place in June 2026, but the trail is already accessible now.
Easy hikes (T1)
Take your time and explore the species-rich flora and fauna of the Tschentenalp on a hike. Enjoy a well-earned break and the tranquillity of the mountains. Experience the variety of our family-friendly hiking trails, which lead you to the most beautiful viewpoints and natural treasures.
Challenging hikes (T2 & T3)
Ready for the next level of hiking pleasure? The T2 and T3 routes offer more demanding challenges with steeper climbs and more technical passages. These tours are the perfect compromise between a leisurely hike and an alpine challenge.
Difficult hikes (T4+T5)
The difficult hiking routes on the Tschentenalp are aimed at experienced mountain hikers with good stamina and surefootedness. These T4 and T5 routes offer real alpine adventure and lead through exposed terrain with steep passages and technical sections.
